Terms of Service

Welcome to King of the Rhoads Creative. By purchasing our services, including actor coaching, workshops, and voiceover demo production, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

King of the Rhoads Creative provides professional actor coaching, educational workshops, and voiceover demo production services.

2. Coaching and Workshop Bookings

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session or workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If canceled or rescheduled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full.

3. Voiceover Demo Production & Payments

  • Payment Installments: Voiceover demo production services are billed in two installments:

    1. A deposit due before production begins. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.

    2. The remaining balance due upon the final delivery of the produced audio file.

  • Intellectual Property: King of the Rhoads Creative retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying session files and raw production files. The final delivered audio file is licensed or transferred to the client upon full payment of the remaining balance.

4. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement for any reason at any time. Upon termination, any non-refundable deposits already paid will be retained by King of the Rhoads Creative, and any outstanding balances for work already completed or delivered must be settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

King of the Rhoads Creative provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, audition success, or employment resulting from our coaching, workshops, or demo productions.
